Congratulations of Minister Selaković to the new head of Spanish diplomacy

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Nikola Selaković, sent congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain, José Manuel Albares Bueno, on the occasion of his appointment to that position.

The congratulatory message pointed out that traditionally close and friendly relations between Serbia and Spain represent a solid basis for intensifying overall relations, but also that the joint commitment of ministers, based on trust and mutual respect, will continue to deepen sincere friendship for the benefit and interests of both states and peoples.

"We highly appreciate your support in preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia. Allow me to emphasize that our country is firmly committed to supporting the territorial integrity of Spain", the congratulatory message reads, adding that Serbia highly appreciates Spain's support in the European integration process, as well as its willingness to share experiences from this process with us.

"With sincere wishes for the further progress of your country and the well-being of its people, and in the belief that in the coming period we will have the opportunity to personally meet and exchange views on all issues of mutual interest, please receive, Your Excellency, expressions of my special respect", the congratulatory message of the head of Serbian diplomacy concludes.
